QUALITY AUDIT: FIRST PARTY AUDIT

Quality audit is the process of systematic examination of a quality system carried out by an internal or external quality auditor. It is an important part of organization’s quality management system and is a key element in the ISO standard: ISO 9001:2008; ISO 14001:2004; OHSAS 18001:2007.

In general, Audit, is a planned, independent and documented assessment to determine whether agreed upon requirements are met by the Organization.

Maritimus Ragusa believes that the most important objectives of an internal quality audit is measuring the effectiveness of an organization’s quality management system.
